Refund and Returns Policy

Overview


At Disciple Blueprint Press, we value your trust and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Please note: Digital products (eBooks, downloads, and bundles) are non-refundable once delivered. Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for digital content.

🛒 Returns (Physical Books)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned with the original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable resources
  • Signed copies (unless damaged during shipping)
  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable resources

    Refund Process


    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


    Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • Check your bank account and/or credit card statement
    • Contant your bank or card provider (processing times vary)

    Exchanges


    We only replace physical items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange a damaged item, email us at [insert email address] and send the item to:

    Gifts


    If you received the book as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange. Please email us for options.

    How to Return an Item

    To return your product, mail it to:

    Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.
